Edmonton Recital Society presents Season Recital 2: Zemlinksy Quartet on Sunday, October 27th - 7:30PM at Muttart Hall, MacEwan Conservatory of Music (10050 MacDonald Dr)

The Zemlinsky Quartet is a much lauded example of the revered Czech string quartet tradition. Grand prize winner at the Bordeaux International String Quartet Competition (2010), the Zemlinsky Quartet performs in the world’s most important venues. Recent appearances include London’s Wigmore Hall, Cité de la Musique in Paris, the Library of Congress and the Prague Spring Festival. Their vast repertoire includes over 200 works; from Mozart, Beethoven, Brahms and Dvorak to works by contemporary composers. We are thrilled to welcome them back to Edmonton!
